Shambala Sect 64

All of a sudden, things got murkier in the twelfth deck's hall. With the mist out and the wind at a low roar, and with the hotness of the neighborhood upping like never before, everyone gawked at the shadowy figures in the mist clump together into something stout and stalwart. With breaths held, all men’s eyes widened into the misty setting as they witnessed a staggering scenery unfold.

Mastering Dialogue (Part 0): Basic Knowledge on Writing

Hello, folks! Whatever may be the reason you’ve come here, I’m glad you did. As a writer, I have encountered a bevy of problems when trying to learn to write as most of us do, and finding solutions to those problems wasn’t easy, for the required articles spread out on different sites making them hard to find. So, to save time for myself and others who have gone through/would be going through a similar muddlesome experience, I'm making this series. I believe, one need not know the ins and outs of the craft of writing to teach others how to write, but one should at least know:

Expressing Emotions: Anger

Describing anger isn't easy because it can easily be overdone just as well as it can be underdone. I have given examples below, which describe anger, but it's in your capabilities to decide to use the example that best fits your scene.

Streets of all sizes and shapes cut through the miles of the room-packed deck, rendezvoused at various junctions, and eventually came together at the test hall like rivers seeking an ocean. Any new entry would likely marvel at the hazards they would encounter along their way to the test hall, for sometimes these journeys resulted in disfiguring injuries or disabling of limbs. Men weren’t always the culprits, for even some street animals posed an adequate danger, especially when in groups.

“I almost forgot about that,” Lirzod gave a thankful smile to Sean before continuing to speak tenderly, “Is it possible to create a law that allows us to transfer a small share from the profits bettors make from the deck tests to the funds of Cat Home?” Clear stupor registered on both Sean and Jehez’s face before they could hide it, and then they exchanged looks of wonder.
